Specialties
I joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in June 2022, following a 23-year career in the United States Army, where I attained the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Three.
Having lived the challenges and opportunities of military life firsthand, I am deeply committed to helping service members, veterans, and their families get their finances squared away. I am a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. I hold Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses in Washington and Oregon. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to long-term financial security for most people is behavior, I serve as a personal financial coach—helping clients build and sustain positive financial habits. My thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits allows me to guide military clients through the Blended Retirement System, optimize Thrift Savings Plan contributions, and fully leverage available benefits. In addition to serving the military community, I also work with non-military individuals and families, applying the same disciplined, goal-based planning approach to help them build confidence, clarity, and long-term financial security. For every client, I focus on establishing meaningful goals aligned with personal values and developing a customized financial plan to guide the pursuit of those goals. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, short hikes, and exploring new foods. I strongly believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When you have a solid financial plan—and continue to build and refine it over time—life can be less stressful and more enjoyable, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
