Jacob Gerk

Jake is a Colorado native, originally from a small town on the Eastern Plains.

He attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. After three years in the industry, Jake joined New York Life & NYLife Securities as an agent in the Northern Colorado office in July of 2020. He achieved Executive Council in his first year with the company and was promoted to Associate Partner in August of 2021. Now, after being promoted to Partner in January of 2022, Jake is a talent scout, on the lookout for entrepreneurial people with an interest in financial services. He stands for the possibility of having a positive impact with people through relentless positivity and the love of life. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, watching and playing sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
