Jorge Garcia

I was born in Mexico and spent most of my early adult life in the coastal city of Ensenada, Baja California.

In 1976, I married my wife, Perla, and together we raised two sons, Jorge and Gabriel. In 1995, our family moved to Chula Vista, California, where we continue to make our home. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. My early professional career was focused on information technologies—building businesses in software development, electronic manufacturing, and networking. After moving to the United States, I continued my technical career in satellite communications systems and network integration, serving both domestic and international clients. Later in life, I followed a calling to ministry and became an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church. My passion for helping people renew their lives in faith and my dedication to international missions strengthened my lifelong commitment to serving others. That same passion for helping others ultimately led me into financial services.
