I hold a B.
S.in business administration from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP®, Chartered Financial Consultant®, ChFC®** and Certified Exit Planner Advisor®, CEPA®*** certifications. I hold Series 7, Series 6 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as a Life, Health and Variable Annuity license. I’ve learned many things after working more than 30 years in the financial services industry – one being that income doesn't always equal wealth. It really doesn't matter what you make; it matters what you keep! Now, I take that lesson and apply it to helping families achieve their financial goals. I also realize that sound financial decisions can have a huge impact on the families and businesses I serve. So, I now continue to devote myself to helping clients understand the complex world of investing, retirement and business planning. When you decide to work with our practice, we start by finding out what's important to you. We use an established process to build a personalized strategy to help you achieve your financial goals. We partner together for the rest of your life to help you stay on track. Each time we meet, I want you to leave with a greater understanding of the principles behind managing finances. My mentors were great teachers who made complex ideas simple, and I live by that example with my clients. *The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the rigorous board requirements for professionalism in financial services.
