Specialties
I work with healthcare organizations and their physicians to strengthen retirement plan design, improve fiduciary governance, and enhance long-term financial outcomes for employees.
My role is to help hospital boards reduce plan inefficiencies, ensure fee and share-class oversight, and protect the organization through a disciplined ERISA-aligned process. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) — and as founder of Eden Family Wealth Group, LLC and Joshua Scott & Associates, LLC — I bring a structure-first approach focused on tax integration, investment process, and fiduciary compliance. I specialize in plan design for medical professionals, 403(b) and 401(a) optimization, S-Corp planning for clinical entities, multi-entity strategy, and long-term wealth architecture. My work is rooted in procedural prudence, evidence-based investment review, and tax-aligned planning, ensuring that committees can demonstrate documentation, due diligence, and fee reasonableness under ERISA standards. I help boards and benefits teams benchmark recordkeeping and advisory costs, evaluate share-class efficiency, and maintain a clear, repeatable governance process that stands up to audit or litigation scrutiny. I serve organizations that value clarity, compliance, and independent fiduciary oversight — not product sales. My objective is simple: Strengthen the retirement ecosystem for physicians and hospital employees, reduce hidden drag from fees and inefficient design, and help institutions build durable, multi-generational financial outcomes for those who care for our communities.
