Kathie Herbst Okun guides the financial lives of families, individuals, and business owners.

Her firm focuses on one thing—the client! Kathie’s passion is to educate wealth management clients to control their finances and to invest wisely. “Planning for tomorrow, today” is top of mind in her practice and securing the financial futures of the client is paramount. Kathie attributes her business success to her mantra of positivity and the “Power of Gratitude”. She believes in giving clients more value than they expect. Kathie once had a rough road when her life changed forever due to the death of her father when she was only 14 months old. She and her brother were faced with navigating many challenges. Today she helps clients plan and prepare for joys and setbacks, and for whatever life brings, while helping them find ways to enjoy what they work so hard to build. Kathie attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She went on to study through The American College of Financial Services, where she earned the Chartered Financial Consultant diploma, and the Chartered Life Underwriter designation, and the Life Underwriter’s Training Counsel Fellowship. Kathie feels strongly that lifetime learning is key to any success in life. In 2012, she graduated from The Wharton School’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education Retirement Income Planning Program, at the University of Pennsylvania. Kathie also holds Series 7, 65,63, 6 & Life & Health Licenses.
