Born in 1965, Keith E.
McLaughlin, investment adviser representative, is 100% owner and the President of Premier Wealth Solutions. Mr. McLaughlin is also an insurance agent licensed in the State of Colorado to sell life, disability, long term care and health insurance. Mr. McLaughlin is qualified by examination to serve as an investment adviser representative. Mr. McLaughlin has been at the helm of Premier Wealth Solutions since its founding in February 2011. He began work in the investment management business in June 2009 with Waddell & Reed, a FINRA member, in the Golden, Colorado office, where he remained through January 2011. While working at Waddell & Reed, Mr. McLaughlin was an insurance agent for various insurance carriers. Before working at Waddell & Reed, Mr. McLaughlin gained experience in the securities and investment field through the trading of his own portfolio. Before becoming involved in the investment management business, Mr. McLaughlin enjoyed a successful 15-year career, from 1995 to 2009, holding various executive and management positions in the commercial real estate industry, of which the last four years, from 2005 to 2009, were in the position of Vice President of Construction for DCB Construction in Denver, Colorado. During 2009-2010, Mr. McLaughlin leveraged his extensive executive experience in construction management and real estate development by owning and operating a commercial real estate consulting business, DevPro Solutions, LLC, in Lakewood, Colorado. Prior to work in construction management, from 1989 through 1995, Mr. McLaughlin proudly served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps where he was a naval aviator and flew the F/A-18C “Hornet.” Mr. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He has passed the General Securities Representative (Series 7) and the Combined State Agent and Investment Adviser (Series 66) exams. He has obtained the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation.
