Kenneth Jones

ith over two decades of experience, I have worked in many different capacities on this team.

Before helping found The Legacy Advisor Group, I served at Equity Concepts as a Licensed Administrator, Director of Operations, Director of Technology, and Wealth Manager over the years. My academic background includes studies in Business Administration and Opera Performance at The University of Mary Washington. However, it was during an internship with a financial advisor that I realized tangible impact I could provide in people’s lives through a career in financial advising. I am proud to hold both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) accreditations and love getting to work with a dynamic team, sharing ideas and different perspectives while helping our clients create enduring legacies. My wife, three kids, and I are members of Mechanicsville Christian Center, where I serve on the finance committee and participate in the Worship and Fine Arts ministry. I also serve as a board member for the Full Circle Grief Center whose mission is to “empower our community to grieve in a healthy way by providing bereavement support in Central Virginia.” When not fulfilling my parental duties as a chauffeur for my three active and adorable children, you’ll find me participating in and enjoying community theater or expressing my passion for music at events around the Richmond area.
