Kris has been making an impact in the Financial Services industry since 2004.

With a background in Property/Casualty, Life/Health, 401k plans, 403b plans, Variable Annuities, and Variable Life, she helps advisors and clients navigate the complexities of financial planning. Before moving to Virginia, Kris assisted advisors across the country with Life Insurance Planning for their clients. In 2016, Kris brought her expertise to Virginia, joining a small independent advisory firm as Director of Operations and Associate Advisor. Passionate about helping clients build brighter financial futures, she later co-founded First Light Financial LLC with Mike Danjczek. A proud Midwestern native, Kris grew up in Topeka, Kansas. She moved to Fairfax, Virginia, in 2016 before putting down roots in Berryville, VA, in late 2021. When she’s not working, you’ll find Kris juggling her three kids’ schedules, attending track meets and volleyball games, or traveling home to Kansas to spend time with family.
