Specialties
I’m originally from a small town in Espírito Santo, Brazil, and came to the United States at 16 as an exchange student.
I later trained on scholarship at the Houston Ballet Academy and danced professionally for more than a decade before transitioning into finance. After working in the hedge fund industry, I built a financial planning practice centered on helping people navigate their own opportunities, transitions, and ambitious goals. Today, I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Chartered Financial Consultant® who helps successful professionals, entrepreneurs, families, and creatives turn financial complexity into clarity and action. I work closely with business owners, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and performing artists—communities I know personally and professionally. Through comprehensive financial planning, wealth strategies, retirement and estate planning, and ongoing guidance, I help clients make confident decisions, protect what matters most, and align their financial resources with the life they want to live and the legacy they want to create. I help clients understand their options, prioritize what needs attention, and follow through on their plans. I emphasize direct, honest communication and education, so clients understand not just what I recommend, but why. My approach is collaborative: my clients bring their priorities and lived experiences, and I bring the guidance and support to help turn good intentions into meaningful action. My commitment to learning continues through advanced professional education, including my pursuit of the Accredited Estate Planner® designation. This reflects my interest in helping clients connect their financial decisions with the people they love, the causes they care about, and the legacy they hope to leave. I hold a B.A. in Political Science from Baruch College and studied in Paris at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Institut Catholique de Paris. I also help lead the LGBTQ+ Baruch Alumni & Allies Group, supporting community building, professional connections, and inclusion. Outside the office, I enjoy salsa dancing, skiing, traveling, and learning languages. My experiences living in different countries have shaped my perspective and appreciation for the different paths people take through life. I work with clients in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, and I’m currently learning Italian.
