A great mentor can change your life.
Fortunately, I've had two. My father taught me, through example, about morality, character, the power of love, forgiveness and love of country (US Air Force vet). He was also a great money mentor, inspiring intellectual curiosity and continuous learning. As a 2nd LT in the US Army, my first company commander taught me that I was capable of more than I ever thought possible and the incredible responsibility of leading America's youth. Especially in wartime conditions (Operation Desert Storm). These life lessons are my guideposts as I work with clients on their life plans. Our practice and professional development: Our branch is in Chesterfield, Missouri. We serve clients locally and nationwide through web meetings. We focus on business owners, those approaching retirement, and military/veterans' planning needs. Our established process helps us to get to know our clients on a very deep level. By taking clients through a series of various strategy sessions, we discuss their dreams and life goals, and fully understand their Needs, Wants and Wishes. To help our clients achieve these aspirations, I've heeded the call of my father to be a continuous learner and I've completed training for two financial advising designations: Chartered Financial Consultant®, or ChFC® Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, or CEPA® A sample of client discussion areas: A) Retirement Strategies and Benefits: 401(k), Thrift Savings Plan, IRAs, VA and Survivor Benefits, Tri-Care, Social Security, Medicare B) Other Income Strategies: Small Business Owners – Exit Planning, Pensions, Annuities, Real Estate, etc. C) Tax-Smart Strategies: Roth conversions, Tax Efficient Investing New Clients: We are open to new clients. It Takes a Team: Deb Daues is my senior branch office administrator and has the experience to handle the most complex client situations. We strive each day to provide the most ideal client experience we can. A little more about me: I am grateful to have a wonderful wife and two incredible daughters. We enjoy the outdoors, sports, our church, raising awareness for Veterans Causes and The Alzheimer's Association. Also, I have the privilege of being the president of the board of directors for the Mid America Veterans Museum. I served for seven years as an armor officer in the US Army and enjoy staying active in the veteran community.
