Michelle has held senior marketing and management positions with companies in the financial services and high-tech industries for over 25 years.
At Avisen Wealth Management, she is a Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®) alongside partner, Ken Brown, working with clients to tailor their wealth management plan with the most appropriate investment management and tax-efficient strategies, thereby aligning their financial plan with long-term financial goals. Michelle also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Avisen Wealth Management, where she is responsible for the company’s operations. Michelle holds an MBA from CSU Sacramento where she received the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary award for academic excellence in business, a BA in environmental science with a minor in economics also from CSU Sacramento, her Professional Fiduciary Management certificate from UC Riverside, and earned her Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services. Additionally, she is an Investment Advisor Representative and holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses. She is active in her community and serves on boards and committees of various non-profit organizations. She especially enjoys volunteering in her community with her teenage daughter through a mother-daughter philanthropy organization. Michelle is a native of Sacramento and enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their crazy Boston Terrier.
