Raised in Fairfax County, Virginia he holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from George Mason University and a master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University. His work is informed by both a traditional financial foundation and entrepreneurial perspective, including early advocacy for Bitcoin adoption beginning in 2013. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and travel, exploring the best fairways around the world.
