Russell Charvonia

Russ Charvonia, ChFC, CLU, CFP®, CPGS, Esq.

has been in the financial services industry for more than four decades, providing financial planning and investment advice to individual and institutional clients across the country. He is a Sr. Wealth Advisor with Mariner. Russ was admitted to practice law in California 2004 and currently has an estate planning practice with Channel Islands Law Group, a P.C. in Ventura. He combines his financial and legal experience to also provide mediation services to clients. Russ attended various colleges for undergraduate studies and graduated from the Ventura College of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2004. Russ was born in 1962. He is married to Linda and has a daughter, Alissa; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Kendall; and grandsons, Tanner and Hudson. Russ volunteers his professional services to several non-profit organizations in his community, including serving on the boards of the Masonic Homes of California, Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation and Ventura Center for Dispute Settlements. He is active in Temple Beth Torah in Ventura and recently served as its president. Russ co-founded the Worldwide Civility Council, an organization striving to restore civility in society. He is co-author of The Civility Mosaic: How Anyone Can Use the Principals of Freemasonry to Repair Our World, and the children’s book, Ayisha for President. He also volunteers for Channel Islands Restoration, helping to restore the Islands to their native condition. He served as Grand Master for the Grand Lodge of Masons in California in 2014/15.
